JOB PURPOSE: 

To carry out maintenance, installation, overhauling and modification activities on plant’s Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) and equipment in accordance with standard maintenance procedures, HSE guidelines and quality standards to attain effective functionality and reliability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) in accordance with OEM and company procedures

• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems under supervision of senior technicians

• Assist in major corrective activities including replacement of generators and gearboxes

• Connect to SCADA system to analyze alarms and fault history

• Support installation and removal of turbine components

• Assist in high-voltage maintenance activities

• Maintain proper documentation (work orders, service reports, checklists)

• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards

• Support spare parts stock monitoring and inventory control

Requirements:

• Technical Certificate or Associate Diploma in Electrical Maintenance or related field

• 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance in plant/industrial environment

• Experience in wind energy sector is an advantage

• Practical knowledge of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems

• Basic knowledge of SCADA systems is a plus

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Awareness of HSE and quality standards

• English – competent level (reading, writing, listening)

• Willingness to work at site locations
