Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Livelihood Restoration Plans (LRPs)

• Conduct socio-economic baseline surveys and vulnerability assessments

• Design income restoration programs (agriculture, small business, vocational training, employment support)

• Monitor and evaluate livelihood program effectiveness

• Engage with affected communities and stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with international standards and project commitments

• Provide technical guidance to project teams and management

• Prepare reports for lenders and senior management

Requirements:

• 8–15+ years of experience in livelihood restoration, resettlement, or rural development
• Experience with infrastructure, mining, energy, or donor-funded projects
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Experience with RAP (Resettlement Action Plans)
• Advanced degree in social sciences, development studies, economics, or related field
• Strong English (report writing and stakeholder communication)
