Responsibilities:

• To supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and instrumentation & control (I&C) components at the project site. The Electrical and I&C Supervisor ensures that works are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and HSE standards

• Supervise on-site execution of electrical and I&C works, including cable laying, terminations, panel installations, and instrument mounting.

• Monitor contractor activities to ensure adherence to technical specifications, installation procedures, and project schedules.

• Coordinate daily activities with construction, QA/QC, commissioning, and HSE teams.

• Support pre-commissioning, loop checks, and system energization.

• Maintain daily records, issue inspection requests, and participate in inspections and walkdowns.

• Identify and resolve field issues and escalate technical queries when required.

• Enforce site safety, lockout/tagout procedures, and permit-to-work protocols.

• Oversee installation of LV/MV panels, switchgear, transformers, lighting, and earthing systems.

• Supervise field instrument installation: transmitters, sensors, valves, and control devices.

• Ensure accurate cable pulling, termination, glanding, tagging, and routing according to drawings.

• Monitor installation of control panels, marshalling cabinets, junction boxes, and conduits.

• Support loop checks, continuity testing, insulation resistance testing, and calibration of instruments.

• Witness FAT/SATs where required and supervise on-site functional tests.

• Assist in energization and interface testing with DCS, SCADA, PLCs, or RTUs.

• Testing and Pre-Commissioning Support

Requirements:

Should have experience in Construction industry for more than 10 years and preferable in Combine Cycle Power Plant.

• 5+ years of experience in electrical/I&C supervision on utility-scale infrastructure or energy projects

• Strong field experience in installation and testing of electrical and control systems

• In-depth knowledge of electrical and instrumentation standards (IEC, NEC, IEEE, ISA)

• Ability to read and interpret single-line diagrams, cable schedules, P&IDs, and I/O lists

• Skilled in supervision of site works, manpower management, and technical troubleshooting

• Strong documentation and reporting abilities

• Proficient in MS Office; basic knowledge of AutoCAD and instrumentation tools is a plus

• Fluency in English required; Uzbek or Russian is an advantage
